This policy explains what information se2.dev collects when you visit the site, why it is collected, and who processes it. SE² Academy is operated from Lebanon.
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it. That happens when you book an advisory call, contact us on WhatsApp, or enrol in a program. Depending on the action, this can include your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message to us. We use it to reply to you, to run the session you booked, and to deliver a program you purchased.
Like most websites, se2.dev uses third-party tools that collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies:
These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site.
Advisory calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which is embedded on our booking page. When you book, the details you enter are processed by Cal.com in order to create the appointment, and are shared with us so we can attend the call. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs their processing of that data.
Enrolment, payment, and course delivery happen on our separate learning platform at learn.se2.dev. Account and payment information you provide there is handled by that platform and its payment processor. We do not store card details.
We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to support you and to keep proper business records. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention period.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
Our programs are aimed at adults and older students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
